How do I care for my diamond jewelry?

Diamond jewelry require regular care and cleaning at home in order to maintain their beauty. You will want to clean your diamond jewelry on a regular basis by letting is soak for 5-10 minutes in warm water. After the item is done soaking, remove it from the liquid and use a soft brush or toothbrush to scrub the item nice and gently. Finally, the item needs to be rinsed with water and wiped with a soft, lint-free cloth.


What is the best way to store jewelry that I don't wear on a day-to-day?

Diamonds and other stones can scratch each other if they rub together, and this damages the polish characteristic. It is best to store your jewelry item in a soft jeweler's cloth so that they don't come in contact unnecessarily. Please be sure to store valuable items in a safe place, even the item is insured.


What do I do if I don't know my girlfriend's ring size?

If there is no way to get that information from her, we suggest out standard stock size for gift giving purposes. after the suprise is over, and you know her correct size, you can reutrn it to us and we will size it FREE of charge. You will only pay for shipping and insurance.


How are your prices so low for certified loose diamonds?

All My Diamonds manufacturer our own diamonds and diamond jewelry, therefore we are able to offer same high quality diamonds and fine diamond jewelry online at low affordable prices.


Can I order through your website?

Yes. You can purchase our loose diamonds, engagement rings, or fine jewelry using our secure checkout process.


Do you offer laser inscription on my diamond?

Yes. At All My Diamonds, we would be happy to offer our free services of personalizing your diamond with an inscription of your choice.


How often should my diamond and setting be checked?

You want to be sure that your diamond is secure in its setting. Wearing your diamond jewelry on a daiy basis can jar the stone a little. We recommend to have your setting checked every six-months. We perform this service for free on all the jewelry we sell (you only pay for shipping and insurance).


Does it matter who appraises my jewelry?

Appraisals should be performed by a certified gemologist or diamond graduate.


Is it really possible to find my diamond online?

Yes. Our trained staff of Diamond Graduates would be happy to assist you with expert advice and education, so that you wouldn't feel overwhelmed in making a choice. Our goal is to find the diamond that fits your desires as well as the band of your liking from our selection. We make it very simple to understand so that you know exactly what to expect from a diamond's characteristic.


What does clarity enhanced mean?

A clarity enhanced diamond means that the diamond was altered to improve the clarity. The diamond has been fracture filled or laser drilled. Clarity enhanced diamonds are significantly cheaper than other stones because of the characteristics. It is our policy to NOT engage ourselves in clarity enhanced diamonds of these unacceptable qualities.


Are the images shown online the actual size of the item being depicted?

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen default settings and methods of photography. Some items may be represented at a larger than actual size to show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.


Do you offer a cash discount on purchases?

Yes. If you wish to purchase with cash, you will receive a 2% discount on your total purchase. The most efficient payment method is the wire transfer, which will immediately expedite your order. Money orders or personal checks can take 5-7 business days to clear, and would, therefore, delay your shipment process.


Do you provide warranty on your products?

Unfortunately, All My Diamonds does not provide warranty for your products. We highly recommend that you insure your purchase with an insurance company so that you are protected in case of loss or any sort of damage to the product.

We are open from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time from Monday through Thursday. Fridays from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
