All My Diamonds takes great strides to ensure that each and every person is 100% satisfied with their experience. Whether you are researching for a future purchase, requesting information or looking to make a loose diamond, engagement ring or other diamond jewelry purchase, our staff of diamond and jewelry specialists will be committed in being there to offer knowledgeable support and answer any questions you may have along the way.
The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made. Refund shall be issued after verification of the merchandise, which may take up to 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Certification and labor costs are also non-refundable. The purchaser will consider that a Special Order item is non-returnable once ordered or sold. Special Order items are normally not kept in stock, and must be Special Ordered or Custom Made; such item will be stated as a Special Order, and the customer will be informed before hand.
Product Availability and Pricing
Sometimes, with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification on our site. If this happens, a representative will notify you personally and will help you with your inquiry.
Infrequently, data and pricing maybe inaccurately displayed on our site due to systems errors. While we make attempts to avoid these errors, we reserve the rights to correct any errors when they occur. Prices are also subject to change without notice. We like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Loose Diamonds Return Policy
If you purchase a loose diamond and for any reason are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receival for a full refund or an exchange. When you order a loose diamond, All My Diamonds offer a diamond grading report (also known as a diamond certificate) for each loose diamond purchase. These reports are detailed documents that created by a team of gemologists making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. If you fail to not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of $150.00.
If you have purchased an engagement ring or jewelry item at All My Diamonds:
Most of our items are custom made for each order and are not returnable. If an item is custom made, sized, or has had a diamond mounted, the item cannot be returned. If you are not sure about an item, please ask us if the item is in stock so that you can view additional images before submitting your customized order. If your item is returnable, we will refund your purchase price. We are in the business of making you happy and will do whatever it takes for you to be comfortable with your order.
Customized Jewelry Return Policy
Please note that items that have been altered, resized, (by a jeweler other than AllMyDiamonds.com), cannot be accepted for return. All returns must be accepted in their original condition.
Domestic Orders- Most items are shipped fully insured via Federal Express Overnight delivery.
International Orders- Most international orders will ship via Federal Express Priority International.
Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all All My Diamonds orders, regardless of any signature waivers may have with UPS.
Sales and Price Reduction
At All My Diamonds, we are proud in becoming leading manufacturers and importers of diamonds and diamond jewelry, therefore we always offer the best value by providing the lowest price. All prices are final.
New York Sales Tax is collected on all items shipped within New York State. We do not collect sales tax shipped out of New York State.
